Marina Di Duca, Inclusive Tourism Communications Manager at VisitScotland is responsible for the development and delivery of Inclusive Scotland programme aimed at engaging tourism businesses to provide more inclusive products and services . Marina has spent her over 30 years working in tourism industry in a diverse range of roles such as membership, marketing, market intelligence, corporate communications and laterally in the area of equality and diversity.
During her career she has been involved in the development of a number of high profile Edinburgh projects such as the Edinburgh City Card and Edinburgh City Brand. Marina has extensive experience of change management and was employed, by Scottish Tourist Board as their Internal Communications manager managing staff communication during a merger of 14 separate tourist board into one in new organisation.
Her current responsibilities involve managing an Inclusive Tourism programme aimed at engaging tourism businesses to provide a quality visitor experience for all visitors to Scotland.
